BOURBON MEDIA, commercially known as BOURBON Agency ("BOURBON Agency"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of the Personal Data provided directly or indirectly (through its franchisees, affiliates, representatives, attorneys-in-fact, subsidiaries, or commercial partners). BOURBON Agency is fully responsible for the use, protection, and processing of such data in accordance with the principles of proportionality, accountability, purpose, loyalty, information, consent, quality, and lawfulness established under applicable law.

The parties involved in this Privacy Policy declare that there is no fraud, bad faith, error, or any other defect of consent that could render this instrument null and void.
The personal data collected by BOURBON Agency, as well as its use, access, handling, exploitation, transfer, disposal, storage, or disclosure, shall be processed for the following primary and secondary purposes: drafting, execution, and administration of agreements and contracts; billing and accounting activities; commercial, administrative, and business relationship management activities.
Los datos personales podrán ser transferidos a franquiciatarios, filiales, afiliadas, controladoras, subsidiarias y aliados comerciales de BOURBON Agency dentro del territorio nacional o en el extranjero, para los mismos fines citados en el presente Privacy Policy.
Personal data may also, on an exceptional basis and where legally justified, be disclosed to courts of law, public or private institutions conducting research or analysis, legal, accounting, or tax advisors, governmental entities such as IMSS or INFONAVIT, insurance companies, or any public or private entity requiring such information for a legitimate purpose related to the activities of BOURBON Agency.
This Privacy Policy is made available in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. It may be consulted in person at BOURBON Agency's offices or requested via email at legal@bourbon.agency, addressed to the Transparency Unit of BOURBON Agency.
Any communication regarding this Privacy Policy may be submitted Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Mexico time) via email at legal@bourbon.agency or by telephone at +52 442 644 1000.
You have the right to exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, you or your duly authorized legal representative must submit a written request addressed to Pedro Andrés Garassino, acting as Data Protection Officer, either through a form submitted at BOURBON Agency's offices or via email at legal@bourbon.agency.
The request must include: full name of the applicant; name of the legal representative, if applicable; copy of an official identification document; address or email address for notifications; a clear description of the personal data with respect to which the ARCO rights are to be exercised; original signature of the applicant or legal representative.
BOURBON Agency shall respond within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days. Where applicable, the requested action shall be carried out within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days following the issuance of the corresponding resolution.
The confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed and protected through physical, digital, administrative, and technical security measures designed to prevent loss, misuse, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure, or processing.
Personal data is stored in an internal database backed up through secure digital servers and cloud-based systems, access to which is restricted through passwords that are updated periodically.
For practical purposes, BOURBON Agency does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as defined by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Los cambios al presente Privacy Policy serán publicados y puestos a su disposición en las sucursales de BOURBON Agency.
The processing of personal data is carried out pursuant to Articles 15, 16, 36, and 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as Articles 4, 16, and 73 Section XVI of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, and any other applicable legal provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity, or enforcement of this Privacy Policy, the parties expressly submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
Con la firma al calce del presente Privacy Policy, el titular manifiesta conocer el contenido y alcance del mismo, así como que consiente el tratamiento de sus Datos Personales en los términos y condiciones señalados; extendiendo el consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales sensibles y la transferencia de los mismos, conforme a lo especificado anteriormente.
